  1. Kachhi Community Development Programme

Kachhi Community Development Programme (KCDP) has been supported by Digni and Wycliffe Norway since 2007. The first phase of the project was completed in 2017 and the second phase started in 2018. The Programme focuses on three thematic areas:

  1. Education

  2. Health

  3. Civil Society

So far 50 Kachhi villages have been a part of the project. This new project period will add another 50 villages, and the total number of beneficiaries will reach 17,665. The villages will be served through education, savings groups, basic healthcare, and community awareness.

  1. Community Resilience Through Self Help Approach

The Project aims to encourage holistic transformation among the most ignored and deprived and marginalized communities of District Mirpurkhas and Tando Allahayar. The CRSA project funded by the Tear fund.

Strategically, the project focuses on rural farming communities. The project mainly focused on livelihood, and WASH interventions to make the target communities socio economically physically and physically sustainable. The project created a sense of responsibility in communities regarding climate change and protecting the environment.



The KCDA has been working for the Kachhi community for the last 10 years and has developed trust and strong relations with the Kachhi tribe in Sindh. The KCDA is registered under the Societies Act 1860(Reg. No. 4153). The organization’s program operate in Mirpurkhas, Tando Allayer, Hyderabad and Sanghar districts of Sindh.



  • KCDA renewal of registration updated and organizational memorandum and article revised.   

  • In 2021, KCDA certified with Sindh Board Revenue.

  • 97 women self-help groups functioning in villages and 95 women started a small business with their own group savings.

  • 185 students appeared in the annual examination.

  • KCDA got a partnership with Tearfund & started a new small grant project in Mirpurkhas District.

  • KCDA Annual Audit completed & shared with stakeholders.
